We have five interconnected “white box” studios and two fully-equipped production rooms available for hire. All studios have 5m to 8.5m high ceilings, street vehicle access, 3 phase power, excellent south-facing natural light, and an enviable address in the heart of Shoreditch Triangle. We also have our own on-site team if you need a hand with anything incl. tech and event production, catering, and photography/filming.

Last year we transformed a former joinery directly behind our current building on New Inn Yard into an iconic groundfloor event space — increasing our total footprint to 13,000 sqft with a 1,000 person capacity.

Studios 4 + 5 have an airy industrial warehouse feel with 8.5m high vaulted ceilings, a production office, and an outside courtyard area making it the perfect location for large events — from fashion shows and conferences to film productions and launches.

Our smallest studio is here to remind you that size isn't everything! Perfect for more intimate pop-ups, back-of-house, or extending your events in neighbouring Studio 2 or 4 + 5.

Studio 2 has played host to a whole array of action. Whether it's mid-scale brand activations, exhibitions, fundraising evenings or pop-up sales, this space has seen it all. With shutter access, you can walk or drive right into the space.

For a warm welcome, Studio 1 is the perfect entrance to any event. Featuring a unique Tala light installation, tiled counter space for the perfect bar area, and sliding doors into Studio 2, this multi-functional space can be anything from a coffee-break room to a cocktail bar.
